In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus or promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Account Registration

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on mojaspin. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mojaspin Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). mojaspin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Exchange rate losses resulting from the use of non-BDT payment instruments are the sole responsibility of the player.

Anti-Money Laundering
mojaspin operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. mojaspin reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction — including source-of-funds evidence — where unusual patterns are detected. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation in cases where AML concerns are identified. Players who are found to have used the Platform to launder funds or conduct any other illegal financial activity will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses on mojaspin are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically after the stated period.
- Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino tables, specific jackpot slots, and sports betting accumulators — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are stated per promotion.
- Only one bonus may be active in a mojaspin account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a second bonus; players must opt in to each promotion separately.
Bonus Abuse
mojaspin actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or near-zero-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements (so-called "bonus whoring"), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings voided and may be permanently excluded from future promotions or the Platform entirely.
Bonuses are offered as an enhancement to the player experience and are provided at the sole discretion of mojaspin. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their existing bonus honoured under the original terms.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game is governed by the rules set by its respective provider, and players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
RNG and Live Dealer Integrity
All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use certified random number generation algorithms that produce genuinely unpredictable outcomes independent of the player's bet size, account history, or prior game results. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments operated by the respective provider and are subject to the provider's own integrity standards and oversight.
mojaspin does not alter, interfere with, or influence game outcomes in any way. If a technical malfunction occurs during a game session — including disconnection, browser crash, or server interruption — the game result at the time of the malfunction will be the final result for the affected round, in accordance with the relevant provider's malfunction policy. mojaspin accepts no liability for winnings that cannot be confirmed due to a technical failure on the player's device or internet connection.
Sports Betting
Sports betting odds on mojaspin — including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are set by the Platform and are subject to change up to the point of event commencement. In-play (live) odds may change second-by-second during the event. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the player confirms the wager. mojaspin reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was known at the time of placement, where a technical pricing error occurred, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void by mojaspin in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned without a completed result; the bet was placed after the event result was determined; a manifest pricing error is identified; or the bet is placed in violation of these Terms. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's mojaspin account balance in full.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mojaspin Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using false identity documents, another person's details, or fabricated information.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to use the Platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 18.
- Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one mojaspin account simultaneously or sequentially.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements, or any other form of promotional manipulation.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or other competitive game format.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without human input.
- Money laundering: Using the mojaspin platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of funds of any kind.
- Hacking or exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, exploiting software bugs for financial gain, or conducting denial-of-service attacks or any other form of technical attack against mojaspin infrastructure.
- Harassment: Using live chat, support channels, or any communication facility provided by mojaspin to harass, threaten, or abuse Platform staff or other players.
mojaspin employs advanced fraud detection, device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment pattern monitoring systems. Attempts to circumvent these systems — including the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or anonymising tools to mask prohibited conduct — will themselves be treated as a violation of these Terms regardless of whether the underlying prohibited act is established.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
mojaspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Underage gambling or provision of false age or identity information.
- Requests from law enforcement, a regulatory body, or a financial institution.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools available after mojaspin Login.
- Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).
Voluntary Closure
Any registered player may request the voluntary closure of their mojaspin account at any time by contacting the support team at support@mojaspin or via live chat. Dormant Accounts

Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of a mojaspin account — whether voluntary, Platform-initiated, or through self-exclusion — the player's access to the Platform will be revoked. If the closure results from a breach of these Terms, mojaspin reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as compensation for damages or losses arising from the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency.
